What is the replacement policy?

You can replace the device for free if it falls under one of these categories.

  1. Hardware issues within 1 week (Cracked screen, bad battery, etc.)
  2. Software issues within 3 days (Boot failure, etc.)

These issues will result in a free replacement if these issues are not caused by the user. If you would like a different model you will pay the amount indicated by your plan.
What is the buyout policy?

You will be sent a email to buy the device when %100-%110 of the device value is achieved. Check your plan details to see if this option is available.
Can I return my device early for a refund?

You can return your device early, if you return it within 10 days of receiving it. You must pay for shipping and a $5 service fee.
How can I return my device?

At the end of your rental a shipping label will be sent. (Basic plan users will have to pay for shipping.) It is recommended that you keep the packing material sent to you to avoid shipping damage.
How can I extend my rental period?

You will receive a email notifying you that your rental will end. You can then choose to extend the rental or return the device.
